Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost (Flat Rate)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order

  • The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Taxes

  • Sales tax: 0%

  • We do not add sales tax to orders.

Order Cutoff Time

To keep delivery fast and consistent:

  • Daily cutoff: 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time

  • Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.

  • Weekends and U.S. holidays are not business days.

Processing Time

This is the time we need to prepare your order before it ships.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Processing includes order verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once your order ships, delivery depends on the carrier route and destination.

  • Standard transit time: 3–5 business days

Total Delivery Time (Processing + Transit)

We designed our timeline to stay under 8 days total in normal conditions:

  • Typical total delivery time: 4–7 business days

    • (1–2 business days processing) + (3–5 business days shipping)

Tracking

  • Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Delivery Notes

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

  • Delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, peak seasons, or holidays. We’ll help you track it, but we can’t control the trucks.
