Return & Refund Guidelines
At Spyglass Property Solutions, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it following the guidelines below.
1) Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

After 14 days, we may not be able to approve a return.
2) Eligible Returns
A return may be approved if the item is:

Damaged during shipping

Defective / not working as intended
-
Incorrect item received (wrong product sent)
To qualify:

Item must be unused and in original condition
-
Include original packaging when possible
3) Items Not Eligible for Return
We generally do not accept returns for:

Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)

Normal wear and tear
-
Issues caused by misuse, alteration, or improper handling

Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer

Items returned without authorization (see “How to Start a Return”)
4) Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective item, we may offer an exchange when available.

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
5) Refunds
Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe).

We do not offer refunds to a different payment method.
Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or confirm the issue with evidence), refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
6) Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or a verified defect/damage.

If the return is approved due to our error or damage/defect, we may cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label (case-by-case).

If the return is for reasons outside of damage/defect/wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7) Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A short description of the issue
-
This speeds things up dramatically, because “trust me bro” is not a shipping policy.

If approved, we’ll send return instructions (and a label if applicable).
9) Return Condition & Inspection

Returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If the item is returned used, damaged by customer handling, missing parts, or not in original condition, we may reduce the refund or deny it.
